Launching exclusively to Pearl Bar, award winning barman Gustavo Bertolucci will be providing a fun and interactive cocktail mixing class every Wednesday starting at 6pm. If you have always wanted to learn a bit about cocktails, sample some new recipes and learn from the very best, then the Cocktail Tasting Challenge is perfect for you and your friends. At the exclusive gathering you will learn how to mix and then taste a Classic Cocktail, a Champagne Cocktail and also one of Gustavo’s latest creations. Once all cocktails have been tried and tasted the group will vote on their favourite cocktail, with the winning creation being served to the group.

The Cocktail Tasting Challenge costs £25.00 per person and starts at 6pm every Wednesday. Pre-booking required by 12.00pm on the Wednesday of the tasting challenge. The non exclusive event takes bookings for 1 to 5 guests, with a maximum of 5 guests. For exclusive group tastings please contact Gustavo. The cocktail tasting will last 45 minutes and includes tasters of three cocktails, a full cocktail to finish and cocktail insights from Gustavo Bertolucci.
